DECLARATION ON THE NEW PROJECTS ON THE CAUCASUS

According to information some media spreads, a commission was founded in the European Parliament to manage the talks on the future of the Caucasus and Mr. Zakayev is leading a project to build a Confederation in the Caucasus. In this context there is a need to clarify our position against the new discussions on the Caucasus.
