The International Conference on Independent Circassia (ICIC) is a significant annual event organized by the Council of United Circassia to expose Russia's oppression globally and explore ways to achieve genuine liberation for the Circassian Nation. The inaugural conference took place in Istanbul on 05 August 2023 and drew numerous international attendees. Efforts are underway for the upcoming second conference scheduled for 2024.
Mission
The International Conference on Independent Circassia aims to raise awareness about Circassians and their important issues among international organizations, policymakers, academics, journalists, authors, and relevant entities.

The vision of the ICIC Conference is being a key annual event that welcomes influential international actors to contribute to real solutions for the Circassian question through intensive participation.
