Deputy Chairman of the Council of United Circassia Mr. Ibrahim Yagan has been expelled from the Council due to his actions and statements that are incompatible with the constitution and the principles of our Council. As of 30.05.2023, Mr. Yagan has no ties to the Council of United Circassia.
